Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! For custom order requests, please fill out the Custom Order request form under the "Custom Orders" dropdown menu, or send me an e-mail directly at info@happysoulclothingco.com
Do you have more colours to choose from?
I keep a limited amount of t-shirt colours in stock, but if there is a certain colour you are looking for - send me a message! I can order in additional colours, it just may take a little longer to receive your order.
Do you ship?
Yes we do. Shipping across Canada is a $15 flat-rate fee. Items will be shipped via Purolator, unless your only delivery option is a postal box - in this case your items will ship through Canada Post.
Shipping internationally is also available for an additional fee.
Free local drop-off is offered for customers within Kneehill County.
How quickly will I receive my items?
This depends - some items on our website are pre-made and ready-to-ship immediately; however, some items are made-to-order, and sometimes we may have to order in your size/colour. I am a one-woman shop, and it's next to impossible to stock all colours and sizes at all times! That being said, items are still generally shipped within the week. Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located. If you need your item by a certain date and need it to be rushed, please send me an e-mail and I will do my absolute best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes! You can find a sizing chart on each individual listing.
How should I wash my new items?
Please turn your garment inside out before washing to maintain quality and increase longevity.
Machine wash cold.
Lay flat to dry for best results.
If ironing is needed, please do not iron on the design as this will damage it.
Can I return or exchange if something doesn't fit?
Yes! We accept returns for full refund, or will exchange for another item of equal value if the return is made within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. If shipping is required, customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returned items must not have been worn or washed, and must be in original condition.
